Admission Procedure

Enquiry and Application

Parents/Guardians may visit the school office during working hours for admission enquiries.
Obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from the school website (if available).

Confirmation of Admission

Once the application is reviewed and approved, parents will be informed about the admission confirmation.
The admission is confirmed only after payment of the admission fees.

Interaction/Interview

For classes beyond LKG, an interaction or basic assessment may be conducted to determine the student’s suitability for the grade.
For LKG and UKG, a simple interaction with the child and parents will be held.

Form Submission

Fill in the admission form accurately with all required details.
Submit the completed form to the school office within the specified deadline.

Fee Payment

Pay the prescribed admission fee within the stipulated time.
Collect the receipt for future reference.

Documents Required for Admission

Parents/Guardians must submit the following documents during the admission process:

Birt Certificate

Original and one photocopy of the child’s birth certificate issued by the competent authority.

Transfer Certificate (TC) (if applicable)

For students seeking admission to higher grades, the original Transfer Certificate from the previous school is mandatory.

Address Proof

A copy of the parent's/guardian's address proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, or Utility Bill).

Community Certificate

For students belonging to SC/ST/BC categories, a photocopy of the community certificate must be provided.

Aadhaar Card

A photocopy of the student’s Aadhaar card (if available).

Passport-Sized Photographs

Recent passport-sized photographs of the student (4 copies).

Immunization Record

A copy of the child’s immunization/vaccination record for health verification.

Progress Report (if applicable)

For students transferring from other schools, the previous year’s progress report.

Eligibility for Admission

A pupil is eligible for admission to LKG if he/she has completed 3 years and 6 months as of June 1st of the academic year.

Important Notes

Incomplete applications or missing documents will delay the admission process.
Admissions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.
The school reserves the right to deny admission if the eligibility criteria are not met or documents are not provided.
